 The Role

Crown Flooring is seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Fitter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floor fitting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 Responsibilities

Liaise with clients
Coordinate with the contracts team to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
installation of flooring projects, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship. Conduct quality inspections upon project completion to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in floor fitting techniques.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floor Fitter, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Proficiency in using floor fitting tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of different flooring materials, techniques, and installation methods.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in relation to floor fitting.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client sites as required.

-The post holder must be able to work efficiently & effectively on their own with minimum -

-Previous flooring experience, current CSCS card, Flooring NVQ, Full clean driving licence. DBS Clearance
